Mee Shua，面线也被称为小麦粉丝或面粉粉丝面条。它们非常细长。它起源于中国福建。它由小麦制成，不含麸质。不像米粉，米粉也很细，乍一看几乎是一样的，它是用大米做的，而且不含麸质。
誠食有机面线采用誠食有机无漂泊面粉制作，完全无添加任何添加剂，让顾客可以吃到最原始的面线口感和嚼劲。
Mee suah is also known as wheat vermicelli or flour vermicelli noodle. They are very thin and long. It is originated in Fujian, China. It is made of wheat and it is not gluten-free. Unlike the rice vermicelli noodle, which is also thin and almost has the same look at a glance, it is made with rice and it’s gluten-free. They are completely different types of noodles.
Chengshi Organic Mee Shua are made of Cheng Shi Organic Unbleached Plain Flour, without adding any preservative or chemical, you can eat without any worries and taste the original traditional taste or Mee Shua.
