Organic refined coconut cooking oil is produced using dried organic coconut or copra and is mainly made up of a medium-chain fatty acid called lauric acid. The oil has no taste or aroma (tasteless, odourless) making it an excellent cooking oil as you can dictate the flavours of your food without interference and it has a high smoke point of 232 °C.
Refined coconut cooking oil is perfect for cooking, sautéing, and baking. Refined coconut cooking oil is a healthy alternative to regular cooking oils such as vegetable, olive, canola and corn oil.
