Japanese Traditional Pickle Umeboshi Plum Vinegar is a by-product resulting from the pickling of umeboshi which have been traditionally brewed and aged in wooden casks.
The pickling extract, Umeboshi Plum Vinegar is naturally sour seasoning like vinegar. When making rice balls using this vinegar instead of salt and water, it will keep rice balls fresher and longer. Usage: Use it to add extra flavour and goodness to salad dressings, stir-fries, sauces, spreads and dips. Ideal for pickling and marinating.
Add 1 – 2 teaspoons to a glass of water as a drink, sprinkle into dishes or soup.
Ingredients: Ume Plum (Japanese Plum), Water, Sea Salt, Shiso Leaves. Acidity 4.3%
