高山文冬姜淀粉是什么?
 

高山文冬姜淀粉又称为“姜素”,“姜乳”。
 

制作工艺是:
高山文冬姜切丁,以榨汁机榨取生姜汁,静放2-3个小时让姜淀粉完全沉淀,取底层白色黏糊状,放入烘干机械脱水大约十三至十五个小时。
烘干后,将细碎片块状的姜素捣碎,以小火慢炒,约15分钟,色转米白,即可起锅,经磨粉后,制成高山文冬姜淀粉

100公斤新鲜姜,取2公斤高山文冬姜淀粉。




高山文冬姜淀粉使用法

可使用外敷的外热源。高山文冬姜淀粉只有微弱的辛辣味,洒在伤口不剌激,不像高山文冬姜粉那样会激起剧痛,尤其用于烫伤特别有效果。特用于烫伤时,直接撒上
高山文冬姜淀粉,让伤口越快愈合。

适合外用如:口腔溃疡、 破皮、 烫伤 。。。等


注:张洪高山文冬姜素为姜之精华,性温,随身携带,服用方便。



姜淀粉的效益:

  1. 姜淀粉有淡淡姜香味,入口即化,因为没有那么刺激的辣,可以喂孩童五岁以上,做为内热源使用。
     
  2. 因见湿即化,也可以拌在润肤霜里抹脸,或作面膜粉,脸上暖暖的很舒服,有美容效果。

What is Bentong Highland Ginger Starch?
 

Bentong Highland Ginger Starch is also known as “Gingerin” or “Gingermilk”.
 

The procedure for production is:
Dice the Bentong Highlands ginger. Juice the ginger with a juicer and leave it for 2-3 hours for the ginger starch to fully precipitate. Then collect the white paste from the bottom of container, and place it in the drying machine for 13-15 hours to dehydrate.

After drying, mash the finely divided lumps of ginger and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until the ginger turns off-white. Turn off the heat and remove it from the pan, and grind the ginger into fine powder to produce the Bentong Highland Ginger Starch.

100 kg of fresh ginger can produce 2 kg of Bentong Highland Ginger Starch.



Method of using
Bentong Highland Ginger Starch:

It can be used as external application for injuries from external heat source. Bentong Highland Ginger Starch has a mild spicy taste only. Hence, it does not irritate the wound when it is applied. It does not cause severe pain like the Bentong Highland Ginger Powder. It is especially effective for burns and is specially used for scalding. You may directly apply Bentong Highland Ginger Starch to help heal your wound quickly.

Suitable for external use, such as: oral ulcers, peeling, burns, etc.

Note: Cheong Hoong Bentong Highland Ginger Starch is the essence of the ginger. It is mild, easy to carry around and apply.



Benefits of Ginger Starch:

  1. Ginger starch has a mild ginger scent and taste, and immediately melts in the mouth when consumed. As it is not that spicy, it can be applied to children above the age of 5, as an internal heat source.
     
  2. It immediately melts as soon as it is mixed with water. Hence, it can be mixed with a moisturizer to be applied on the face, or used as a face mask, giving a warm sensation and a beautifying effect.
