Rice vermicelli is a traditional Chinese noodle dish.
Rice vermicelli is actually a shredded rice product made from rice that has been panned, soaked, steamed and pressed into strips.
Because of its soft and very elastic texture, and because it does not muddle the soup, it can be prepared into a hot bowl of delicacy by adding some seasoning.
Like white rice, rice flour is a carbohydrate whose main function is to provide energy and satiety. Pure rice flour with 100% rice content is similar to white rice in terms of nutritional value, being easily digestible, non-bloating and containing protein.

But it is clearly written that it is extra ginger added but why is the ginger flavour still so mild, yet the stomach is warm after you eaten it?
Oh, don't get me wrong! We really used extra ginger in the production, but the whole production process will go through 2 times of steaming, so the flavor of ginger will slowly get evaporated, leaving only the nutrition of ginger in the rice flour!
